These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Built, Leviation Ventures Private Limited's AI-powered fitness companion delivered via WhatsApp, and other services we provide ("Services"). By using Built, you agree to these Terms.



If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use Built. If anything is unclear, write to us at leviation.in@gmail.com

1. Who We Are


Leviation Ventures Private Limited ("Leviation," "we," "us," or "our") is a healthtech company registered in India under the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Who Can Use Built

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Built. By using Built, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

If you are using Built on behalf of an organization (such as a college, gym, or company), you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. What Built Is — and What It Isn't

3.1 What Built Is

Built is an AI-powered fitness companion that responds to your messages on WhatsApp with information, suggestions, and guidance related to fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and general wellness. Built is designed primarily for Indian college students and young professionals.

3.2 What Built Is Not

Built is not a substitute for professional advice. Specifically:

  • Built is not a doctor or medical professional. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications. For any medical concern, consult a qualified physician.

  • Built is not a licensed therapist or mental health professional. While Built is designed to recognize signs of distress and provide crisis resources, it is not a replacement for therapy or professional mental health care.

  • Built is not a certified dietitian. Its nutrition guidance is general and evidence-based, but does not replace personalized advice from a registered dietitian, especially for medical conditions like diabetes, eating disorders, or specific dietary requirements.

  • Built is not a personal trainer with eyes on you. Its training advice is based on general principles and the context you provide, not on direct observation of your form or technique.

You are responsible for evaluating whether Built's suggestions are appropriate for your individual situation, and for consulting qualified professionals when needed.

4. Your Responsibilities

When you use Built, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself if you share details (weight, training experience, dietary preferences, etc.)

  • Use Built for personal, non-commercial purposes

  • Not attempt to misuse, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Built's operation

  • Not use Built to harm yourself or others

  • Not use Built to share illegal content, harass others, or violate any applicable law

  • Respect WhatsApp's Terms of Service, which also apply to your use of Built through WhatsApp

You agree not to:

  • Use Built to provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice to other people

  • Resell or commercialize Built's responses without our written permission

  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with Built at scale

  • Misrepresent yourself as Leviation, Built, or affiliated with us

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Plans

Built offers a free trial followed by paid subscription plans. Current pricing:

  • Free trial: 7 days

  • Basic: ₹149 / month

  • Premium: ₹299 / month

Pricing may change. If we change pricing for your subscription, we'll notify you in advance, and the change will only apply to your next billing cycle.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to ours. We don't store your card or bank details — only Razorpay does.

5.3 Billing Cycle and Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, unless otherwise specified). You will be charged on the renewal date using the payment method on file.

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it stops. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle unless required by law.

5.5 Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged. If you believe you've been charged in error or have a specific concern, contact hello@leviation.in within 7 days and we'll review your case in good faith.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 What We Own

Built, including its underlying software, the knowledge base content, the system prompts, the brand name, logos, and the design of our website (leviation.in), is the intellectual property of Leviation Ventures Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from these without our written permission.

6.2 What You Own

You retain ownership of the messages you send to Built. By using Built, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your messages as needed to provide our Services (generate responses, maintain conversation history, improve our products as described in our Privacy Policy).

6.3 Feedback

If you send us suggestions, feedback, or ideas about Built, we may use them without obligation to you. We appreciate the input but cannot promise compensation or attribution.

7. Privacy

Your use of Built is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Please read it carefully.

8. Service Availability and Changes

8.1 Availability

We aim to keep Built available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Built operates on third-party infrastructure (WhatsApp, Twilio, Anthropic, Supabase, Railway, Razorpay) — outages in any of these can affect Built's availability. We are not liable for losses caused by such outages.

8.2 Changes to Built

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time as we improve Built. We'll notify users of significant changes through WhatsApp or by updating these Terms.

8.3 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Built if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or for legitimate business reasons. We'll provide notice where reasonable. You can stop using Built at any time.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Built Is Provided "As Is"

Built is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about Built's accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability for any purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. Specifically:

  • We don't guarantee Built's responses are always accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.

  • We don't guarantee that using Built will produce specific outcomes (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, better sleep).

  • We don't guarantee that Built will be available without interruption or free of errors.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leviation, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of Built

  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.) under which a claim is brought.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Leviation harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of Built or violation of these Terms.

10. Safety and Crisis Situations

If Built detects signals indicating you may be in acute distress (suicidal ideation, severe distress, self-harm), it is designed to provide crisis resources, including helpline numbers. These resources are provided as a safety measure and do not constitute professional medical or psychological intervention.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact:

  • A trusted person or qualified mental health professional

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Built will be resolved in the courts of [Lucknow / your registered office jurisdiction], India.

If you have a complaint, please first contact us at hello@leviation.in. We'll work in good faith to resolve issues directly before any formal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top

  • Notify active users via WhatsApp or email at least 30 days before significant changes take effect

Your continued use of Built after we publish updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
