Why Leviation Exists
Modern fitness and wellness advice is a mess. Most of what reaches Indian users — through Instagram reels, YouTube videos, well-meaning gym bros, or imported Western apps — is either oversimplified, culturally mismatched, or trying to sell something. The result: confused students, frustrated trainees, and people quietly giving up on their own bodies because the advice they've been given doesn't fit their lives.
Leviation exists to change that.
We build software and hardware that takes people seriously — that respects the realities of Indian college life (hostel mess food, exam season stress, limited budgets, family pressure), that defaults to evidence over hype, and that talks to people like equals rather than coaches.
Our products are designed for the audience most ignored by global wearables and fitness apps: young Indians who deserve better than what they've been given.
What We're Building
Built — AI fitness companion on WhatsApp
Built is our first product. It's an AI coach that lives on WhatsApp, designed specifically for Indian college students and young professionals. Built answers questions about training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and lifestyle — calibrated for Indian context (hostel mess plans, exam stress protocols, budget-aware supplement guidance, no Instagram fitness mythology).
Built doesn't motivate, gamify, or pretend to be your best friend. It gives you the right answer, briefly, in your register, and gets out of your way.
VEGA — preventive intelligence wearable
VEGA is our hardware product, currently in development. It's a closed-loop wearable that uses biometric sensors to detect stress and sleep states, then autonomously addresses them through cardiac entrainment via a haptic motor — without notifications, screens, or attention-grabbing.
VEGA is being developed in collaboration with IIT Kanpur's MedTech Centre. More details will be shared as we approach launch.

Founders:
Priyanshu Nigam — Founder & Director Priyanshu is a final-year BS-MS student at IIT Kanpur (Earth Sciences, graduating 2026) and the founder of Leviation Ventures. His work sits at the intersection of behavioral health, wearable technology, and AI — with a focus on building products that meet Indian users where they actually are.

Our Approach
A few principles that shape how we build:
Evidence over influencers. Every recommendation Built makes is grounded in peer-reviewed research and clinical standards — not in what's trending on Instagram. We'd rather be honestly uncertain than confidently wrong.
Indian context first. Most fitness products are built for Western markets and translated for India. We do the opposite. Our knowledge base is built around mess food, hostel life, exam season, climate, cultural realities, and Indian dietary patterns.
Respect the user. Indian users — especially students — are tired of being patronized. We don't send daily check-ins, streak reminders, motivational quotes, or "you've got this!" cheerleading. We respect users' time and intelligence.
Honesty about limits. Built is an AI assistant, not a doctor, therapist, or personal trainer. We say so openly. For anything serious, we direct users to qualified humans.
